Applying appropriate metrics we will rate each of the functional areas, identify any deficiencies, provide an overall effectiveness rating and fully document our findings/actions in the Project Health Check Evaluation Report.

The Report will include specific recommendations on improvements and contingency/recovery actions. Furthermore we can provide tailored work package solutions to help you achieve success. For example we could provide you with specialist skills and/or ongoing Project Health Checks that verify the contingency actions.
