One of the main enablers to success in today's ever changing business environment is the ability to manage projects efficiently and effectively. This not only requires strong skills and experience from people that have succeeded in managing projects from initiation to delivery but a strong and pragmatic approach to project management.Our Project Management services utilise a proven project life-cycle methodology (MPMM) that is aligned to worldwide standards for project management, namely Prince 2 and PMBOK from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
With the combination of exceptional Project Managers and our methodology we can quickly and effectively deliver project management skills to our clients.
Experience has also taught us that success is further enhanced by working with our clients as business partners. In partnership with the client the Bluegrass Project Manager will tailor project delivery to meet the client's needs by using our tried and tested project management methodology.
Our project management life-cycle is based around 4 delivery phases with each having its own defined deliverables.
Project Sizing
Our project management methodology is scalable (to suit small, medium & large sized projects) generally, the larger the project the greater the complexity and the higher the risk (and the greater the need for a quality assured methodology).
We can assess your project's size/complexity/risk based on several criteria:
- Project's financial resources
- Size of team committed
- Number and complexity of project deliverables
- Project timeframes to delivery
SME clients
May wish to contact us to discuss the project's size so that we can advise on the most appropriate project activities/project duration.There are exceptions, for example, if a project is considered to have a disproportionately high risk compared to the size of the project (eg: business critical process) or if some aspect of the project (eg: time critical delivery) demands a more detailed approach to risk assessment, project planning and management. In any event, we can scale the methodology over the product life-cycle to suit your project's particular needs.
Our Project Management services can be engaged for either:
