Project Risk Assessment
If you have not yet identified your risks then you are already taking them
A large number of projects fail and one significant survey has found that less than 30% of projects are
completed on time, on budget and meet expectations. Our Risk Planning process significantly improves a
project's chance of success.
We offer clients, through a series of workshops, an in-house Project Risk Assessment to identify
and quantify project risks plus preventative and contingent actions in a packaged process that
can be scaled to suit small, medium or large complex projects.
We provide knowledge in risk category identification and expertise in relating the categorisation
to the main causes of project non-compliance using our world-wide proven standard project
management methodology, MPMM. The scalable Project Risk Assessment can be accessed during the
Project Planning stage or we can provide Risk Management during the Project Execution stage.
The Project Risk Assessment and/or Risk Management service would form an integral part of our
quality process to ensure a successful project recovery engagement.
