What is good risk management?
Unfortunately it is a step that is often missed because when the project has been initiated the emphasis and pressure is on progressing the project without wasting time on things like risk management. The result is that the Project Manager may well then find that they are continually fighting fires for the duration of the project.
Risk management is an essential best practice that supports the foundation of project management and can dramatically increase the chances of a project succeeding. Awareness and management of risks is just as important as the management of costs, time and quality.
We offer clients a Risk Management Service during the project's Execution Phase to formally identify, quantify and manage risks to the project by application of a formal Risk Management Process. This process follows on from the Risk Plan generated in the project planning stage.
Our Risk Management service, using an industry standard quality methodology, has the objective of ensuring the project is delivered on-cost, on-time and to quality. The scalable Risk Management process can be applied to small, medium and large complex projects and ensures that all risks are:

- Monitored
- Prevented, transferred or mitigated
